Lazy Chicken Pot Pie

This lazy chicken pot pie was AMAZING! It’s one of those meals that I tasted and thought “I’d totally make this for company!” 

1. Fry up some diced potatoes in a pan with salt, pepper, and rosemary. Once 75% cooked, reserve them off to the side. (You could buy frozen)
2. Make a roux in the pan and slowly add bone broth (chicken stock works too) and a bit of milk. 
3. Add corn, green beans, potatoes, and rotisserie chicken to the mixture. Season generously with salt, pepper, a pinch of cayenne, and parsley. 
4. Add your pie filling to a pie plate. Cover with biscuits (store bought would work- I used a drop biscuit recipe). 
5. Bake at 375 for 20 min
