Ingredients
Soda crackers
1 cup butter
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup brown sugar
1. Line a baking sheet and grease it. Fill it with soda crackers. You can use a bread knife to cut the edges if needed.
2. Melt the butter and brown sugar. Boil for 3 min.
3. Pour the mixture over the soda crackers.
4. Bake at 375* for 3-5 min.
5. Pour chocolate chips over top.
6. Turn off oven. Put the tray back in to melt the chocolate for a couple minutes.
7. Spread chocolate chips. Optional: score the crackers so it’s easier to cut after cooling.
8. Cool in the fridge for ~1 hour or more.
9. Cut along scoring from step 7 or break apart into “bark”.
