For days that I don’t want to turn on the oven, this is a great option! It is the perfect wanna-be-fall recipe for hot southern California Octobers and always get eaten up at the neighborhood pool parties in the summers!
Ingredients:
6 cups of rice crispie cereal
4 cups of marshmallows
3 TB Butter
Carmels (homemade or individually wrapped)
Sea salt for the top
Directions
1. Melt butter, marshmallows, and carmels.
2. Mix in cereal.
3. Pat into a buttered dish with a greased piece of wax paper.
4. Sprinkle with salt.
