Consider this your warning that once you start browning your butter for cookies, you can’t go back!
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup browned butter
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups chocolate chips
2 eggs
1. Brown your butter in a pan by melting it and letting it cook until it get a toffee flavor- stir regularly to prevent burning, let it cool before using it.
2. Cream butter and sugar.
3. Add wet ingredients
4. Add dry ingredients
5. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes
