
2 tablespoons yeast
2 cups warm water
Dissolve together & bloom
Then add:
2 tsp salt
3 cups flour
Beat until smooth
Then add:
1 egg
1/4 cup softened butter
3 cups flour
Roll into balls, set into a 13×9 baking dish and let rise until doubled. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
